Aujourd'hui, direction l' Algérie ou encore l'Espagne avec ces délicieux gâteaux friables et tellement fondants.....
Il existe différentes recettes de ghribia mais sachez que celle-ci est sans doute ma recette fétiche. Un vrai délice...
INGRÉDIENTS : pour 25 biscuits de petite taille
250 gr farine
40 gr poudre d'amande
80 gr Sucre glace
3 gr levure chimique
1 sachet de Sucre vanillé
1 pincée de sel
125 gr huile neutre
Cannelle en poudre
PRÉPARATION :
Commencez par verser les ingrédients secs dans un saladier. Farine, Sucre, vanille, amande ,sel et levure chimique.
Mélangez puis verser petit à petit l'huile et sabler entre les mains.
Malaxez jusqu'à obtenir une pâte qui se tienne.
Former alors des petites boules ( la taille dune belle noix pour moi)....vous pouvez faire des biscuits plus gros ( 20 gr ).
Saupoudrer ensuite le dessus de cannelle en poudre.
Disposer les sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson en les espaçant un peu et enfournez à 145 ° C pour environ 30 minutes..
Le craquelage des biscuits est signe de réussite ...
A CONSERVER DANS UNE BOÎTE HERMÉTIQUE plusieurs jours....
